The book will be considered an eye opener for teenage pregnancy. The book tells about a maternity home for girls that got pregnant and are clueless with responsibility and was tied into a witchcraft. As soon as the girls delivered their babies and walked their independent lives. Things in their lives have changed but they remained connected in the end. Fern was able to reconcile with her older daughter in the end. As for zinnia she married the father of her child and lived a good life. As for Rose and her daughter blossom they were able to secure a piece of the land and live happily. As for holly and her young baby they travelled the world with the witches and far away from the cultic church and pastor who molested her because of her young mind.
The story also includes witchcraft activities that lead to the destruction of the maternity house.
While the author confessed that he got his inspiration from the two caretakers he met in his life so he wrote this story also consulting witches that has known coven for his book.
