Book Review : Gothic Mexican - Sylvia Moreno -Garcia

This is my first time reading a book from a latin american writer. I enjoyed reading the book and no boring moment. The book plot and twist was original and the story was base on a wild mushroom that grows in the house. It was foud out that it was coming from the dead body of Agnes, the wife of Howard Doyle who was trapped in a secret part of the Doyle house. Later on while Francis, Naomi and Catalina escaped they made sure Virgil and Howard doyle would not run towards them. In the end Howard and Virgil Doyle meet their own demise at the end of the story. Overall the story for me made me curiouse to reach the end of the book and its answers as to why Catalinas condition was sickly. Also about the demised of Agnes while she was trying to escape her mouth was open that made it so gothic about the house is being cursed. In the end they where under Dr Camarillos care and Naoemi and Francis kissed and became a couple.
