Book Rating: 5 STAR
GENRE: FAMILY and SIBLINGS
Author Khaled Hosseini
I want to give a applause to the author for writing this book that moved a million of hearts and tears. As I read the book it also made me think about how loyal friendship should be and "Blood is always thicker than water". Reading the book did not waste my time. This is my five star rating book for 2018. I saw the book in bookstores before but keep on pushing it in my mind to be read soon. Until one night I was looking for something to read until I was enjoying reading this book as if the book is moving. The author made sure that it will not bore the readers. There are some funny and tears seeking phrases inside this book. The author combined the culture of his country and the author introduce a lot of foreign words that made me research and look up in google. Again the author made me stand up and pull up a world map to grasp how wide Afghanistan is which is the setting of this book. The story started about two boys who love playing kites during winter. Amir and Hassan this two boys grew up under one roof. However Because of Amir selfish attitude he made a way to Hassan and his father Ali to leave their household. While Amir had a secret which he hide until he became a man. Fast Forward Amir became a man and he and his father left Afghanistan to live their life in America. Amir got married and one day he received a phone call from Rahim Khan his father's best friend he was asking Amir to visit him in Pakistan. So he went to Rahim Khan, on his visit Rahim Khan opened about Hassan And Ali. Ali died because he was killed by the bad people. Hassan became a man and became a father to Sohrab. Because Hassan died on the hands of the bad people. Sohrab was put to orphanage. Amir found out that hassan was his half brother same father but different mother. His last quest was to rescue his nephew sohrab from a taliban that turned up to be his childhood enemy. Upon rescue Asef was blinded by the slingshot of sohrab. Amir adopted Sohrab going to America. It was not easy for Amir but he was able to bring Sohrab in America and treated Sohrab as his own son. Although in the end Sohrab didn't speak until the end of the book it was optimistic for Amir that Sohrab will one day accept everything.
The book made me cry and realized everything about how loyalty is important in siblings and friendship. And how important it is to look back at what people did to you. Sometimes its not about selfishness. The quote "FOR YOU A THOUSAND TIMES STOOD A LOT OF MEANING FOR ME" considering this is the first book I read from Khaled Hosseini I am definitely looking forward for his books to make me cry and get a moral lesson. To me the kite Runner will be included to my favorite books in my shelf.
Note for students: I would advice you to personally read it to give you a better experience.

Just a random thought in my mind, since I am still awake. I am writing this for the feelings, thoughts when you suddenly arrived. We are on...

The Kite Runner is a terrific book that tells us how a country’s fate can turn from bloom to gloom. People of the country in every right sense needs to take care of their emotional and cultural values. Too much bigotry is nothing but the second name of devastation. Your review is nice and informative.
